Marybeth understands firsthand how to balance a restructured family. A lifelong resident of Monmouth County, Marybeth continues to live here with her three teenagers. She is active in many community service organizations such as Lunch Break, Parker Clinic and was, until recently, on the Board of the Woman’s Heart Fund Organization. She enjoys Notre Dame football, the beach and becoming a better tennis player.
Having recently restructured my own family, I often say that the experience is like “being stuck on a roller coaster ride that just won’t stop.” However, we all understand that sometimes things happen which we have no control over. I can help you gain control and get off the ride.
When people realize that I am a divorce attorney, they often say “you must see so much crazy and ugly.” Truth, yes I do. But, being a divorce attorney is so much more than just navigating the negative. There is a depth to it that people do not realize. Each case is unique and requires a multifaceted approach. As a divorce attorney, it is my goal to help you restructure your family dynamic in the best way possible guiding you to the most positive outcome based on the law.
Who you chose to hire is one of the most important decisions that you can make. Whether you are seeking a divorce, modification or enforcement of a prior order, or dealing with issues of child custody or spousal support, you will need someone who not only has an in-depth knowledge of family law, but also an understanding of the complexity of the court system.
Whether your goals are achieved through tenacious litigation or amicable mediation I can provide you what your family needs.
